Orders are shipped from Astoria, NYC.
All orders will ship USPS within 3 business days. The price of domestic shipping is calculated by weight and destination.
Damaged Items & Returns
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order and we will sort you out! If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me to initiate a return. You are responsible for packaging and shipping cost to return the item.
Use & Care
TPPL: I make this product with an extremely high standard for cleanliness and safety, from the time I take the fat off the cow to finished lotion. If you have any questions at all about if tallow is right for your skin, while I am not a doctor or esthetician, I would love to share what I know. If you are sensitive to any specific ingredient in my offerings but would like to try a simpler or different tallow potion, please email me and I would love to work on a custom blend for you.
Ceramics: Food-safe clays and glazes are always used on tableware. Stoneware from All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe. Although to prevent thermal shock and cracking, limited microwave use is recommended.
